the scandal behind the warm smile.

. ito ang number one rule kapag nagtatrabaho ka sa hospitality industry. hindi ka lang dapat service-oriented. dapat may kalakip na ngiti ang bawat serbisyong binigigay natin sa mga guests o kahit kanino. madaling gawin lalo na kung pinoy ka at likas ang pakikipag-interact mo sa tao.

iba sa dubai international hotel. although, madaming pinoy dito, ang likas na pagkamasayahin ay sadyang natabunan na ng galit, depression, disappointment, pagkasuka, pagkainis. sabi nga ng ilang empleyadong umalis, "working and staying in DIH is incredibly annoying"...

sabi nga ni ms. indecisive, "ït was one hell experience" na ayaw na niyang maalala or balikan..2 years is super enough suffering and uber-patience from her end..

si ms. indecisive ay finished contract na. di na sya nagpatuloy sa department niyang hari ang taga sri lanka. di sya nasanay sa culture na unprofessional ang lahat mula sa top management pababa. di niya masikmura na ang kapwa pinoy pa minsan ang magbabagsak sa sariling kababayan.

nilaglag si ms. indecisive ng department na dapat na tumulong sa bawat empleyado, na dapat nangangalaga sa welfare ng bawat employee anuman ang lahi nito. the irony there was, pinoy ang head na ito. it was so painful to know.

she felt that the company/that supposed department neglected her visa cancellation date. she was not informed kung kelan expiration ng visa after it was canceled since she decided to resign na from that hotel/hell.

when she confronted the alalay of the said department head, she was accused of being a sinungaling. sabi ni department head, "hija, wag ka magsinungaling! baka magpakamatay ka bukas..."

the kawawang employee was so shocked and she didn't expect that the bitchy department head will act like a tindera ng tinapa from blumentrit..parang naniwala na si poor employee na si department head ay tulad din ng boyfriend/manager of another deparmtent na walang pakundangan sa kabastusan. it was so disgusting..people from DIH learned this incident..sabi nga nila...may ugali talagang di makatao si department head..

nakauwi na si poor ms. indecisive sa pinas and currently working in ayala. ayala girl na si former dubai's poor hotel employee. nabayaran sya ng gratuity. akala nya malaki e mas malaki pa inabono nya sa penalty sa immigration dahil nag-overstay siya sa dubai due to the negligence of the bitchy department head and her equally bitch, tanga-tanga, and unprofessional alalay.

speaking of the bitch department head..may tinatagong angst at super galit ang isang batch na hired from IPAMS Cebu. that bitchy department head promised the sun and the moon during the screening process there sa cebu.. naniwala ang mga poor cebuanos. little did they know e madami ang di nasunod sa contract. may time na inalila sila ng ibang department kahit out of scope yung ng job description nila. may ibang ginawang waiter kahit guest service ang post..mga contract clauses na nabe-bend..and violation na yun if you would stick to the signed agreement between two parties. madami daw napariwara dahil na-disappoint sa unfulfilled promises ni bitchy department head.

ganito rin ang nangyari sa isang dating pinoy reservation guy. matalino at smart si guy. he was exploited by his indian manager there na pangit pa kay shrek at mas maitim pa ng di hamak..scary talaga ang boss physically plus the fact na literal na pangit ang ugali nito..purely hell ika nga..here's the plot..the pinoy guy signed that contract with 10 hour shift per day. he had a medical history of hypertension and it was disclosed to the employer early on (from screening pa)..he got accepted for the reservation post. he was being forced to work on a 12 hour shift, which he accepted initially. but he got hypertension attacks afterwards so he requested to go back sa 10 hour..dun na nag-start ang di magandang treatment ni manager/shrek..with the help of his kanang kamay na syrian who was proven magnanakaw by his colleague. he steals money from the cash float of central resevation..he also sells rooms to tourists using foreign currency and he will post the sale using the dirhams currency. si syrian lang ang kumikita at nalulugi ang company sa kanya..as per the DIH sources, si syrian of central reservation/magnanakaw was promoted as sales manager..ilang points ba ang equivalent sa integrity at credibility para ma-promote? weird..for DIH, u can do investigation on this..go to the money changers near crs in terminal 1..check the routine of this syrian/magnanakaw after his shift..how much money did he amass for years now?

back to the pinoy reservation guy, he was not regularized due to poor sales performance. that was a questionable appraisal.

the manager was just mad or maybe furious at him because he reported his shrek manager to the bitchy department head. he reported that shrek was not treating his people fairly, that shrek was not sensitive to other people's health and time, that shrek was selfish and unprofessional, that shrek meddles to his people's personal life, that shrek does not follow the job description of his people, that he demands his people to be flexible to the point of over extending their tasks to the other department being handled by shrek, etc..

because of the report made by pinoy reservation guy, shrek sent a letter to bitch department head. the letter contained that the guy was not performing well, that he sleeps at work, that he uses internet all the time, that he does not deal well with his co-workers, that he frequents the mall, that he always go with his friends, etc.mostly personal attacks. the bitchy department head consulted it to the bad-mouthed, filipina chaser general manager..they opted not to confirm the guy for regularization. they paid his ticket going home..we never heard from the pinoy guy since..as per his batchmate/friends, he found a very lucrative job in makati..

there are other annoying stories that occured last year..

the bitchy department head also fired a guest service agent (who was a burmese girl) for throwing a joke about being exploited in her own department.
the joke has reached the radars of the bitchy department head which led to the suspension then termination..of that poor girl.

the bitchy department head also suspended an indonesian guy for throwing the same joke.
.maybe for conniving with the burmese girl..


those jokes are real. the bitchy department head was just pikon..yun lang.

be ready..drum roll please! the following people will be mentioned in the next entries:

- the shrek/room manager

- the thief/sales manager with a very bad case of halitosis..

- the very dirty, old and sexual general manager who wants to buy every pinay girl that he likes to have....with

- the f&b head who was not raised well/ he got no manners and hygiene

- the housekeeping tribe/spies of shrek

- the hotel people with smell that stink..

- the sufferings/exploitation our ofw's from the said hotel.

there's life after DIH..
or let say there's heaven outside the hell..that hotel..we mean it..

lahat ng pagtitiis at hirap ay may expiration date din..


abangan ang next entry- si shrek/manager galit si pinay dahil lagi siyang basted. addict sya ngaun sa mgas kenyan girls pimped by his kenyan subordinate..fyi, he was bringing in kenyan girls inside the staff accommodation. hr, should look in to this..di maganda sa mata ng mga hotel employees..
